At QuickSync, we believe in delivering real results—not just running your marketing and hoping for the best. We’ve built our business on trust, transparency, and outcomes. That’s why we back our services with a clear, no-nonsense refund and cancellation policy.
You have 30 days from your first payment to request a refund if you’re unhappy.
If you don’t request a refund, we will continue working for free until we deliver the result we promised on your first payment.
Refunds do NOT include ad spend, SMS/email usage, or phone numbers.
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled within 7 days of the next billing date.
After 30 days, no refunds are issued—but we’ll still honor our guarantee.
You've made your first payment,
You've used our services in good faith, and
You’re not satisfied with the progress in the first 30 days,
You may request a refund within that period.
Your first service fee paid to QuickSync
Only if requested within 30 calendar days of the payment date
Only if we haven’t already completed the promised deliverables
Any ad spend you’ve paid to platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
SMS, email, or call usage charges inside the CRM
Phone numbers, domain fees, or third-party software expenses
Any charges related to your CRM account or software platform
If your refund is approved, funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you don’t request a refund in the first 30 days, you’re still covered.
We’ll continue to work for free—without charging you additional service fees—until we deliver the results promised on your first payment.
This applies only to the core outcome agreed upon in your onboarding or proposal (e.g., leads, booked calls, campaign delivery). This guarantee does not cover delays caused by:
Lack of communication or action from your team
Missed calls, ignored leads, or failure to follow up
Incomplete onboarding information or content
Platform changes or external ad policy updates
The Performance Guarantee covers service work only, not platform-related expenses like CRM usage or ad spend.
If you're on a monthly software or support subscription (e.g., CRM, automation, support plan):
You can cancel your plan anytime before your next billing cycle
If you’ve already paid for the month, you can request cancellation within 7 days of payment for that month
After 7 days into your billing cycle, the current month’s fee is non-refundable.
To cancel, just send us a quick email at [email protected] with your account info.
We do not offer refunds under these conditions:
You request a refund after the 30-day window
You’ve already received the agreed deliverables
You’ve paused or ghosted during onboarding
You decide to cancel without using the service
Your campaign was affected by ad disapprovals, policy issues, or blacklisted accounts
Your CRM, email, or SMS usage incurred charges already billed
If you’re located outside India (e.g., U.S. or EU), this refund policy still applies to you. Local consumer protection laws may vary, but by purchasing through our platform, you agree to the terms set by QuickSync, an Indian-based service provider.
All refund and billing disputes are handled under Indian jurisdiction (Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh).
