We have established the following refund and cancellation policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully before using our software.

1. Refund Policy

At Tumto Siram Venture, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with our software, QuickSync AI. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy for the monthly plan and a 30-day return policy for the yearly plan.

The policy starts from the date of purchase. To request a refund, please follow these guidelines:

You must request a refund within 14 (Fourteen) days from your purchase date if you purchase the monthly and within 30 (Thirty) days if you purchase the yearly plan.
Your reason for seeking a refund should be related to software functionality or performance issues.

Upon receiving your refund request, we will assess your case and process the refund within 3 to 7 business days following a successful review. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that refunds are not applicable for the following situations:

Refund requests are made after the 7-day return period.
Refunds are requested for reasons unrelated to the software’s performance.
Violation of our terms of service or acceptable use policy.

2. Cancellation Policy

Customers of QuickSync AI have the flexibility to cancel their subscription plan at any time. To cancel your plan, please follow these guidelines:

Log in to your QuickSync AI account.
Access the billing or subscription section.
Follow the prompts to cancel your plan.
Make sure to cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of your subscription. Once you cancel your plan, you will retain access to QuickSync AI until your current billing cycle ends.
